Jammer operated at Tinkune and Balkhu; network disrupted

Jammer technologies has been used at Thinkune and Balkhu in Kathmandu.

Following the clash between cadres of Durga Prasai and Youth Association Nepal (YAN) at Balkhu, the police have now operated a jamar vehicles in these places.

Jammer technology has been used by the police to disconnect the mobile network, according to sources. With the use of this technology, now there is no mobile network around Tinkune and Balkhu areas.

The government has designated Balkhu for the Prasai group and Tinkune for the YAN.
