Supreme Court (SC) of Nepal has directed the government not to remove Dr Santosh Paudel, the Director of Bir Hospital.
A joint bench of Justices Til Prasad Shrestha and Sushma Lata Mathema issued the order in the name of the government not to remove Director Paudel from his post immediately.
Minister for Health and Population Mohan Basnet on November 30 had decided to remove Paudel from his post.
