Indian Ambassador to Nepal Naveen Srivastava has paid a courtesy call on Foreign Secretary Sewa Lamsal on Tuesday.

 Held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singha Durbar, the two leaders discussed various aspects of Nepal-India relations during the meeting.

“Various aspects of Nepal-India relations were discussed during the meeting,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs mentioned on X, formally known as Twitter.

Lamsal assumed office on December 15 as the first female Foreign Secretary of Nepal. A meeting of the Council of Ministers on December 14 appointed senor most Joint Secretary Lamsal as the 25th Foreign Secretary of Nepal.
