Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Prakash Jwala has said that the security agencies did not inform him about the disruption at Balkumari while heading to attend a party meeting.

Minister Jwala said this at a time while Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha and Inspector General of Police Basanta Kunwar are reiterating that Balkkumari incident took place due to Jwala’s negligence.

“We were not informed about the Balkumari disruptions by the security agencies,” Minister Jawala said on Monday, “We went this way after we were not informed about it.”

He took on the defensive while talking to journalists at the meeting of CPN (Unified Socialist) at Kantipur Party Palace on Friday.
