The Nepal Asian Investigation Center (CNAS) celebrated its 53rd anniversary amidst a ceremony held at Tribhuvan University on Tuesday.
Former President Bidya Bhandari graced the event as the chief guest. A book ‘Sambodhan’ – a collection of speeches delivered by Bhandari during the both of her tenures -- was released on the occasion.
Similarly, Himavat Dialogue Series has also been initiated on the occasion. CNAS Executive Director Dr. Mrigendra Bahadur Karki stated that this new series has been started in order to produce home-grown knowledge.
Speaking at the event, former President Bhandari praised research centers like CNAS, CEDA, CERID, highliting their significant contributions to the policy making of the state.
