The Nepali Army has defused the suspected object found in Chandragiri of Kathmandu on Thursday morning.
A pressure cooker tied with a wire was found near the ward office based at Balambu in Chandragiri Municipality-12 this morning.
A bomb disposal team of the Nepali Army safely defused the suspected object, the District Police Range Office, Kathmandu said.
However, the police have not made public whether the suspected object was a bomb.
