Former Justice of the Supreme Court, Prakash Osti has passed away.
According to Gajendra Osti, the younger brother of Prakash, the former Justice died of cardiac arrest on Friday night.
He had been rushed to Norvic Hospital after cardiac arrest where he was pronounced dead by the doctors.
The former justice's body has been kept at Norvic Hospital. Funeral rites for Prakash will be performed only on Sunday as his son is arriving home from abroad.
He had served as an alternate Supreme Court Justice for six years from September 7, 2008 to April 12, 2014.
Born on June 21, 1953, former Justice Prakash Osti had started his legal career in 2033 BS.
