President Ramchandra Paudel has appointed Harka Raj Rai of Jhapa as the Secretary of the House of Representatives (HoR).
President Paudel appointed Rai, a resident of Shivasatakshi Municipality-2 in Koshi Province, to the post on the recommendation of Speaker Devraj Ghimire.
The appointment was made in accordance with Article 106 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, according to the Office of the President.
