Netherlands has set a 141-run target for Nepal in the ongoing Women's T20I Tri-Series at the TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Netherlands notched up 140 runs losing 9 wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
Cricketer Babette de Leed topped the score with 41 runs including 4 fours and 1 six off 38 balls followed by Heather Siegers with 26 runs while Robine Rijke and Phebe Molkenboer contributed 21 each. The other batters could not achieve significant runs.
On the bawling side, Sita Magar took the highest 5 wickets giving away 12 runs followed by Manisha Upadhayay with 2 wickets while Kabita Joshi and Indu Barma grabbed 1 wicket each for Nepal.
Netherlands had defeated Nepal in the first match and lost to Thailand in second match. On the other hand, Nepal has lost both the matches and is now looking to register the first match in the tri-series.
