Renowned Brazilian footballer Roberto Carlos arrives Nepal (photos)

Former footballer of Real Madrid, a professional Spanish football club, Roberto Carlos, has arrived in Nepal.

The Brazilian team had lifted the World Cup trophy in 2002 during which Carlos was a member.

He has arrived in Kathmandu ahead of the final of the Nepal Super League (NSL).

He has earned fame as a defender in the history of World Cup Football. The former team member of the Real Madrid and Brazilian national team, Carlos had played for more than two decades as a professional football player.

He will take part in the gala dinner, a special meeting and interactions during his Nepal stay, the sources have said. His presence is expected to boost the zeal and morale of the players.

Nepal Super League, the biggest franchise football tournament of Nepal, has brought top football talents in the same platform.
