Federal Parliament Secretariat has called an all-party meeting for January 6. Senior lawmaker Pashupati Shumsher Rana called the all-party meeting.
Rana, who is currently in the role of a speaker, has called the meeting to dwell on the operation of the house meetings and the time allocation for the parties to deliver their views.
President Bidya Bhandari has summoned the first meeting of the newly-elected House of Representatives (HoR) on January 9.
There are 12 political parties and five independent lawmakers represented in the HoR through the twin elections held on November 20.
Seven political parties have become national parties.
