Switzerland defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina 4-1 in the FIFA World Cup match held in Los Angeles last night.
With this victory, Switzerland's chances of reaching the knockout stage have become stronger.
Switzerland's substitute player Johan Manzambi scored two goals in the match.
Switzerland have collected four points from two matches in Group 'B'. This has strengthened their chances of entering the knockout stage.
However, Bosnia have become more likely to be eliminated from the group stage after failing to win for the second consecutive match.
In the previous match, Switzerland were held to a 1-1 draw by Qatar and Bosnia by Canada.
Johan Manzambi scored in the 74th minute to give Switzerland the lead. He had entered the field just three minutes earlier before he scored the goal. Manzambi converted the ball that the Bosnian defender tried to clear.
Another substitute, Ruben Vargas, scored the second goal for Switzerland in the 84th minute.
Manzambi immediately scored the third goal for Switzerland in the 90th minute. Bosnia's Ermin Mahmic scored a consolation goal in the third minute of injury time.
Switzerland captain Granit Xhaka scored the fourth goal from the penalty spot in the final minute to seal the victory for Switzerland.
