The rescue operation for the missing bodies of the victims of the Yeti Airlines aircraft that crashed in Pokhara on Sunday is underway.
A joint rescue team of Nepali Army, Armed Police and Nepal Police is carrying out search and rescue operations in the crash site.
The rescue operations is underway since early morning and the searche for missing bodies are underway, said Chief District Officer Tek Bahadur KC.
Preparations are underway to identify bodes and hand them over to their respective kin.
An aircraft, 9N ANC ATR-72, which took at 10:32 am from Kathmandu for Pokhara crashed into the Seti River gorge in Kaski yesterday morning, leaving 72 people including four cruew members dead.
