US-based social worker Krishna Lamichhane of Nepali origin has been found dead in his residence.
Lamichhane, the former chairman of the Nepali Society of Texas and Public Relations Committee, was found dead at his home in Texas on Tuesday evening.
The cause of his death, who is also associated with the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA), is yet to be revealed.
The police have taken Lamichhane's body to the hospital for post-mortem to find out the cause of death.
Relatives have said that he has been stressed by family problems for a long time.
Originally from Gorkha, Lamichhane was living in Texas, America with his two daughters and his wife.
