PM Deuba wins HoR polls for seventh time from Dadeldhura

Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has been reelected as a member of the House of Representatives (HoR) with a huge margin of votes from Dadeldhura.

According to the final results announced by the Election Commission (EC) on Wednesday morning, he won the elections for the seventh time with a margin of 12,492 votes.

According to the Commission, Prime Minister Deuba received 25,534 votes. His closest competitor, independent candidate Sagar Dhakal, secured 13,042 votes.

Similarly, Nepali Congress BP candidate Karna Bahadur Malla came third with 7,535 votes.

The Election Office Dadeldhura said that 3,187 votes were invalid out of 51, 203 votes cast.

Prime Minister Deuba has been winning elections from Dadeldhura continuously since 2048.
