Special Court has issued the verdict on the Baluwatar Land Embezzlement scam on Thursday.
Issuing the verdict on the land scam, the court said that the land of 65 individuals will be confiscated.
A bench of Judges Khusi Prasad Tharu, Ram Bahadur Thapa and Ritendra Thapa issued the verdict to this effect.
The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) had filed a case demanding seizure of the land of 65 individuals.
The anti-graft body on February 5, 2020 had filed a case against 175 individuals at the special court concluding that 136 ropanis of Lalita Niwas land had been embezzled.
