Nepal crushes Sri Lanka in CAVA opener (with photos)

Nepal has made a flying start by defeating Sri Lanka in straight sets in the opening match of CAVA Nations League that began in the covered hall at Dasharath Stadium today.

In the one-sided match against Sri Lanka, Nepal won 25-19, 25-18 and 25-19 sets. With the win, Nepal has notched up 3 points in the points tally.

Earlier in 2019, Nepal had lost in straight sets in the 13th South Asian Games (SAG) at home. 

In the second match of the league stage, Nepal will take on India on Saturday.
