Two people have died in a Bolero jeep accident in Sindhuli district on Thursday morning.
According to Chief of the District Police Office, Sindhuli, SP Govinda Kafle, 11 people sustained injuries in the accident.
“Two people lost their lives and 11 others sustained injuries in Bolero jeep, Ba 20 Cha 8283, accident that occurred at Kamalamai Municipality along the BP Highway,” SP Kafle told Nepalkhabar, “I am at the accident site. The rescue operations for the injured is underway.”
The identity of the deceased and the injured is yet to be ascertained, said Kafle.
The injured have been taken to Sindhuli Hospital. Traffic movement on the BP Highway has been affected following the accident.
