Woman found buried apparently after murder in Dhanusha

The body of a woman has been found buried apparently after murder in Dhanusha district.

The deceased has been identified as 50-year-old Reshami Devi of Mithila Municipality-3, Hariharpur, Musahari Tole.

The body was found buried behind the bathroom on Wednesday evening, the District Police Office (DPO) Dhanusha said.

Meanwhile, the police arrested 55-year-old Dashaiya Mukhiya Bin for his alleged involvement in the murder of his wife, Police Inspector Sanjiv Yadav of DPO, Dhanusha said.  

"Reshami Devi seems to have been murdered over a domestic dispute," Yadav told Nepalkhabar, "We have arrested her husband Mukhiya Bin on suspicion of his hand behind the murder. We are investigating the case."

The body has been taken to Provincial Hospital, Janakpur for postmortem.
