Quake jolts Karnali's hilly district of Dailekh

An earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale struck Karnali's hilly district of Dailekh on Tuesday evening.

According to the National Seismology and Research Center, Lainchaur, Kathmandu, the tremor was recorded at 5:20 pm with its epicenter around Tolijaisi in Dailekh district.

The tremor was felt in Dailekh and its surrounding districts, locals have said.
