A team of Nepali Army in Congo has rescued six locals who sustained injuries after being attacked by an armed insurgent group.
The Chandidal battalion deputed for the peacekeeping mission in the war-torn Democratic Republic of Congo under the United Nations took the injured to the Level 1 Hospital in Battalion Headquarters.

According to the Nepali Army, the injured were airlifted to Level 2 Hospital in Bunia following a preliminary treatment at Level 1 Hospital.
The armed militias had attacked the IDP camp in Lodha in Djugu territory, leaving six locals injured.
