In the meeting, NC Chief Whip Ghimire and UML Chief Whip Bartaula ruled out the possibility of Home Minister's resignation and the formation of a high-level investigation committee to look into the visit visa scam.
On the other hand, Maoist Center's Chief Whip Pandey also reiterated party's stance that Home Minister Lekhak be investigated.
Speaker Ghimire said despite postponements of House meeting several times in a bid to strike a consensus between the parties, the deadlock has not yet been resolved yet.
Meanwhile, Ghimire has urged the opposition parties to soon strike an agreement stating that discussions on budget have not yet commenced due to the House disruptions.
