One killed, two missing as Budhi Rivulet washes away four members of a family in Morang

Four members of a family have been swept away by Budhi Rivulet that demarcates Sunsari and Morang districts.

They were swept away while they were fishing in the rivulet in Sundar Haraincha Municipality-5 on Tuesday afternoon.

One among those swept away has been found dead. The deceased is identified as 22-year-old Premkala Chaudhary alias Fudni, said Ward Chair Ganesh Chaudhary.

Two are stilling missing. The missing ones are Asaradevi Chaudhary, 60, (mother-in-law of the deceased) and the eldest daughter-in around 25-year-old Fula Chaudhary. The second eldest daughter-in-law Swastika Chaudhary is found safe, said Ward Chair Chaudhary.
