New Zealand's Foreign Minister in Kathmandu, to pay courtesy calls on President and PM today

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of New Zealand, Winston Peters, has arrived in Kathmandu on a two-day official visit to Nepal.

He was welcomed at Tribhuvan International Airport by Amrit Bahadur Rai, Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed that Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Peters is scheduled to pay courtesy calls on President Ramchandra Paudel and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today.

Similarly, he will also hold bilateral talks with Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba this evening. Following the talks, a joint press conference will be held, and Foreign Minister Dr. Rana will host a dinner reception in Peters' honor.

This is Deputy Prime Minister Peters' first visit to Nepal.
