CPN (UML) leader and former minister Rambir Manandhar has joined Nepali Congress (NC).
NC President Gagan Thapa welcomed Manandhar at a program organized at the City Hall in Kathmandu on Thursday. President Thapa also granted Manandhar the NC membership.
Manandhar, who was in UML for a long time, had remained inactive recently. He was elected as an MP from Kathmandu-7 representing UML three times.
Similarly, UML's Rasuwa District Chairman Janardan Dhakal has also joined NC. He had become a member of Constituent Assembly representing. He is also a former UML central member.
