DPM Shrestha and Chinese Ambassador Song visit Lumbini

DPM Narayan Kaji Shrestha and Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Chen Song visited Lumbini, the birthplace of Gautam Buddha on Tuesday.

Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha visited Lumbini, the birthplace of Gautam Buddha.

Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Chen Song along with Deputy Prime Minister Shrestha visited Lumbini on Tuesday.

The Vice President of the Fund Bhikshu Maittaya (Awadhesh Kumar Tripathi), Member Secretary Sanuraja Shakya and Chief Administrative Officer Gyanin Rai welcomed Home Minister Shrestha and Ambassador Song.

Home Minister Shrestha, who came to Rupandehi in connection with various programs, visited Mayadevi Temple, Ashoka pillar, holy garden, Shanti Deep.

Sanuraja Shakya, Member Secretary of Lumbini Development Fund informed that Chinese Vihar was also inspected by the Home Minister and Ambassador.

During the visit, Home Minister Shrestha was interested in the latest situation of Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha, the flow of tourists, and the question of development.
